Ray Granda
Ray Granda conceives and oversees all stages of PRACTICE program design as well as ensures successful program implementation and outcomes. He joined PRACTICE with over 22 years of experience in education including experiences as a special education teacher, dean of students, assistant principal, principal, and adjunct professor at Mercy College.
Ray holds a B.S. in Human Ecology from SUNY Oneonta, a M.S in Special Education and Elementary Education from Mercy College and an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership from American College of Education. He also holds an Advanced Certificate in Educational Leadership from Mercy College as well as a CASAC counseling certificate from the Institute for Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy.
