Throughout her tenure with the DOE, Lizette collaborated closely with accomplished principals, honing her expertise in diverse domains such as systems and structures, parent advocacy, financial health, and student management. As the Director of Operations, Lizette is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of all programs, processes, and people, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity. She has extensive experience in working with successful principals and possesses a deep understanding of the needs of students and families.
