Brett Chappell
Brett Chappell is an experienced human resources executive with a track record of success across various industries. As the Chief People Officer he oversees all aspects of HR operations. Prior to this role, Brett served as the Chief Talent Officer at Seton Education Partners, where he oversaw talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies for the organization and its affiliated initiative, Brilla Public Charter Schools. Prior to this, Brett served as the Director of Talent at Success Academy Charter Schools and managed the Military Veteran Recruitment and Outreach initiative for Teach For America.
Before entering the education sector, Brett worked as a General Sales Manager for a multi-franchised auto dealership and served as a Navy SEAL in the U.S. Navy SEAL Teams. He holds a Master’s Degree in Human Capital Management from Columbia University, a Master’s Degree in Secondary Science, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts from Arizona State University.
